Booking Confirmation

A non-refundable $40 down payment is required to confirm. Booking is only secured once payment is received.

Liability and Insurance:

The Renter agrees to be fully responsible for any damages to the studio and its equipment during the rental period. The Renter is advised to carry their own insurance to cover their equipment and personnel.

Safety and Conduct:

The Renter agrees to adhere to all safety protocols as set by the Owner, including but not limited to:

·         Ensuring all equipment is used safely and appropriately.

·         Maintaining clear access to “exits” at all times.

·         Following fire safety regulations.

·         Reporting any accidents or incidents immediately.

The Renter agrees to conduct all activities in a responsible manner.

Security and Privacy:

The studio is monitored by security cameras for the purposes of theft prevention and insurance claims. These cameras are positioned to respect the privacy of our clients and are not intended for any other use.

Access to the footage is strictly controlled and will only be reviewed in the case of suspected theft or to support an insurance claim.

Any review of security footage related to the Renter’s use of the studio will be conducted only after obtaining explicit approval from the Renter. This ensures the privacy of the Renter and their activities within the studio is maintained, aligning with our commitment to client confidentiality and trust.

In Case of Loss:

In the event of loss of items during the rental period, the incident shall be addressed in accordance with Lebanese laws and regulations. The Renter may be held accountable if found negligent or inattentive, including instances of theft. The Renter may be obligated to replace or reimburse the value of the lost item if found directly or indirectly responsible for, or associated with, the incident leading to the loss.

In Case of Equipment Damage:

The Renter is responsible for the care and preservation of the studio and its equipment during the rental period. In the event that any equipment is broken, damaged, or otherwise rendered unusable due to the actions or negligence of the Renter or their associates, the Renter agrees to cover the costs of repair or replacement, at the Owner's discretion. The cost will be assessed based on the current market value or the repair cost of the damaged equipment.

The Owner shall provide the Renter with an itemized list of damages and associated costs within a reasonable timeframe following the discovery of any damage. Payment for repairs or replacement must be made by the Renter within 30 days of receiving the invoice.

Miscellaneous:

No smoking is allowed in the studio at any time.

Any individual found in violation of this policy will be subject to a fine of 50 USD per violation. We appreciate your cooperation and adherence to these guidelines.
